Nathan Merritt is the author of The Sodium War, a fiction novel about fighting racism. He has always had a passion for storytelling and considers himself a story junkie, constantly consuming and analyzing as many stories as he can.

After attending film school at Columbia College Chicago, he wrote and directed Hannah and Jude, a film about perception and loss between a husband and wife.

Nathan is currently a filmmaker and commercial producer in Utah. He enjoys spending time with his family and hiking on many of the breathtaking trails of the area.
